Located in the heart of Nice, our APPARTMENT NICE CENTRE is on the 4th floor with elevator in a Builiding from 1901, close to Place Toselli. The apartment is 92 m2 and consists of a 50m2 kitchen/living area, 2 bedroom aueensize beds 160x200 and 180x200, one bathroom with toilet, one separate toilet and a laundry room. The whole apartment is newly renovated, with reversable air condition, high speed WiFi and all electric appliances, With a deep understanding of the area's unique charm and possibilities, we ensure you will have an excellent stay. Close to station, tramway, shopping, beach, le Vieux Nice, La Place Garibaldi, La Place du Pin, Le port, Masséna. Visit musée Chagall or Musée Matisse - everything is within walking distance.
